Action Planning
This is the initial meeting to discuss the problem or opportunity. We discuss a broad overview of the issues. This meeting can be followed by an in-depth discussion of presenting symptoms. We then prepare an outline proposal of what could be done, by whom, when, where, how, why and what cost.

Only after the client has assessed the proposal, we agree the terms of a contract.
Action Research
We then advance to collect relevant data by interviews, group meetings, questionnaires or other appropriate methods. All the information is reviewed and discussed with the client, to clarify points, develop objectives and define the purpose of future actions.
Action Implementation
From the information collected, we develop options and possible paths to growth. The client comes to decisions based on the data discussion and options presented. We use management processes to ensure that people meet and resolve what should be done and then do it.

A very important part of our process is the commitment to an assessment of how the assignment has gone, both objectively, in terms of ultimate business outcomes, as well as subjectively, in terms of people's feelings and opportunities for personal growth during the process.
